1. HOW THE SWIMMING POOL WORKS WITH HAUSMATE


HAUSMATE provides convenient swimming pool and spa water heating, as well as cleaning control. Heating can be sourced from solar panels or your boiler and the system will tell you which one is needed. The swimming pool pump can also be controlled by Hausmate, keeping water properly filtered when the pool is in use. 
Reducing dependence on hazardous chemicals, UV light sterilisation is a cost effective and environmentally friendly way of disinfecting your pool. Hausmate tracks the pump’s daily use and will switch on the UV light bulb to ensure that a sufficient volume of water receives exposure for each day during the season. 
You can also mark the "pool season" on the Planner and set the water temperature from the app.

2. HOW TO USE THE APP

As a Hasumate system user, you do not have to worry about dealing with the hardware components, once the installation is completed and commissioned. 
The app can be controlled through the User Interface (UI).

To view the current status of the pool:
  • Log in to the UI - click here if you need help to log in to the UI.
  • On the Home page, select the Zone corresponding to the Swimming Pool
  • On the bottom of the page, ensure that the icon corresponding to the Pool is selected
  • The page will display the external and the water temperature. 



To edit the set up of the Swimming Pool:
  • Log in to the UI - click here if you need help to log in to the UI.
  • On the Home Page, click on the menu button, at the top left hand corner
  • Select Settings
  • At the top of the page, click on the arrow and select Swimming Pool
  • The page will display information about the current status, cleaning, UV light and Frost Guard


  • You can change the minimum numbers of cleaning per day - depending on the season
  • If the pump is replaced, reset the total runtime to 0.



  • Reset the UV light runtime if the bulb is changed
  • The air temperature is measured by the outside temperature sensor
