1. OVERVIEW OF MESSAGE ME


Message Me is an extension of the Response app. It provides a rapid way to get alerts to you immediately using SMS or email. It can store details for multiple contacts so alerts can be sent to  you, to another occupier or to a managing agent. For example, you can get a SMS when a fire alarm goes off or when the heating system water pressure drops below a set point. 


2. HOW TO USE THE APP

  • Log in to the UI -  click here if you need help to log in to the UI.
  • On the Home page, click on the menu button, at the top left hand corner.
  • Select Settings
  • At the top of the page, click on the arrow and select Message Me
  • You can manage the list of contacts and decide how you want to receive  notifications.


To connect a specific app to the Message Me, go to the Settings page of the app and choose the text and level of importance of the message to be received - see Security as example.
